A Teacher Receives Regular Expert Coaching
Coaching conversations are how the teaching team refines their skills and confidence in delivering effective teaching. When teachers receive regular expert coaching, they receive observation, demonstration and feedback on effective teaching practices. They are encouraged to identify and apply evidence-based learnings through improvement actions.

How it works
- The instruction coach observes the teacher delivering effective teaching in the classroom.
- This facilitates a professional conversation about the teacher’s practice. The instruction coach provides constructive feedback on what the teacher is doing well and what areas they should focus on improving.
Next, you will watch a coach describing the coaching conversation.
