Principal is Collaborating with Parent and Community on Shared School Improvement Goals
Principal, Dan, is developing the School Improvement Plan with the leadership team. He is following the 8 Cycles of School Practice to help ensure that he is building best practices in the school. He is preparing to introduce the Behaviour Management Model (BMM) the upcoming community forum. Dan recognises the importance of offering opportunities for parents and caregivers to provide feedback in the school decisions. This family input will increase the ability to continually grow and adopt the BMM across the school community.

Through this initiative, Dan is creating mutual accountability and collaborating on strategies to increase parent and community commitment.
