Supporting the BMT

The principal supports the BMT to manage the implementation of the high-expectations behaviour plan.

Their role includes the following:

  • Leading the implementation of all areas of the behaviour management model through continuous planning and reviews.
  • Managing the day-to-day behaviour management implementation efforts so the broader school team is continually building on a positive school environment where students behave responsibly.
  • Conducting, planning and evaluating all components of the school behaviour plan.
  • Distributing techniques and practices across the school community on behaviour management.
  • Ensuring all PBIS practices and systems are operating in the school.
