How to Use Evidence to Discuss Successes and Challenges with Peer Schools

School professional conversations with peer networks are scheduled in addition to school-level school professional conversations.  

School professional conversations with peers are scheduled once a term.  

The principal:

  • schedules a forum for principals and instruction coaches 
  • builds a School Improvement Presentation on their school improvement implementation 
  • presents for about 15 minutes; peers are invited to respond and ask questions to compare their experiences 
  • shares the School Improvement Presentation and peer conversation with their teaching team.
