The School Team does not Build a Culture of Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Scenario
Principal Talia and Instruction Coach Mia have reviewed teacher data. However, they do not share the data with teachers or the broader community. When Talia shares the data and her observations at the school professional conversation, the teachers are surprised to hear her thoughts and do not take any of her recommendations back to their classrooms. When Talia takes the data to a conversation with her peer school, she cannot explain how what she noticed that the data changed teaching and learning at her campus.
