How to Build Positive Expectations with School Community

The principal:   

• cultivates a positive high- expectations school culture (whole-school behavioural and attendance expectations, etc)   
• drafts CC with community input  
• displays CC on a large board near the school entrance so it can be easily read and referenced by the school and community
• promotes compact values during the parade
• refers to the compact during meetings with the community.
