Roles in Continuous Improvement

The four roles that participate in continuous improvement are:

  • The principal, who works with the instruction coach and teaching team to resolve issues and ensure they carry out improvement actions.
  • Instruction coach, who supports the teaching team members with technical effective teaching activity and improvement actions.
  • Teachers and Teaching Assistants, who view their practice and student results each week and commit to actions for improvement.
