1. Set up classroom for teaching	• Has teaching materials at hand whenever needed during teaching.  • Assigns low performing students closest and medium and higher performing students are progressively farther away in seating plan.  • Moves around to all students free of obstructions.  • Can see students’ work to ensure they are at the right place in the materials and following the instructions
2. Prepare for learning	• Places resources in regular spaces that students can easily access, and students know where they are. • Uses routines for the distribution and collection of resources.
