School Team Engages with the Community

The school team:  

• promotes improvements to the school environment to show parents and the community how the school supports their children.  
• creates opportunities for parents to visit classrooms. This increases parents’ commitment to being involved in improving their child’s education opportunities.    
•  empowers parents to support their child’s education. 
• shares examples of their child’s work to provide examples of their growth. 
• shares with parents highlights of achievements and challenges of their child that require the parent’s attention. 
• celebrates the parent’s success in supporting their child.
