The team member:

  • does not create, promote or participate in a school environment with a strong school vision, values and expected behaviours. 
  • does not model positive high expectations for parents. 
  • does not lead an environment where reflecting on one’s practice and committing to continuous improvement is the norm. 
  • does not invite parents to have conversations around ways to increase opportunities for improvement. 
  • does not analyse school and classroom data for patterns or anomalies and resolves issues.
