The principal leads from the front and adapts their leadership approach to suit the school context.
They ensure consistency in delivering effective teaching techniques and practices in all classrooms, and work on their own development through coaching and seeking expert advice.
As part of this process, they embed routines around planning and completing professional learning and implementing what they learn into their practice.
