The Principal and the Community

The principal leads continuous improvement across the school community and implements strategies to engage families and the wider community to best support students’ educational outcomes.

This includes setting out the community’s aspirations for their children or how the school can ensure the students get the best possible educational opportunity, engaging parents in what the school is trying to achieve by involving parents in family engagement events, creating mutual accountability, collaborating on strategies to increase community commitment and increasing parent classroom engagement.
