Scenario: Contributes to Building a High Expectations School Culture

Step 2: Together, they develop a plan to instruct their students on the updated expectations. They model expected behaviours and support each other in immediately responding when students behave inappropriately. They provide each other feedback as well as learning from observations conducted by the school’s instruction coach.

Step 4: As a result, student work toward the high expectations set for them. Instruction time is focused on learning instead of behaviour management.

Step 3: Their students know what behaviours are expected of them and recognise that the teaching team responds with consistency.
