Behaviour Plan Inspires Continuous Improvement and Communication

Behaviour Plan Inspires Continuous Improvement and Communication

Step 1: A behaviour plan has been enacted for Tommy. Tommy has been struggling to finish tasks promptly. This behaviour interfered with Tommy’s self confidence.

Step 2: With the behaviour plan in place, Tommy now has tools and strategies that he can use independently. He can finish his tasks on time and feels much better about himself.

Step 4: Tommy’s teacher collaborated with the Behaviour Management Team to enact the behaviour plan. This behaviour plan directly led to Tommy’s improvement. The teacher also maintained communication with Tommy’s parents every step of the way. Communication and collaboration led to continuous improvement for this student.

Step 3: At the next review meeting, Tommy’s teacher shares with Tommy’s parents how much Tommy has improved. They are very pleased to know that Tommy has worked hard towards meeting his goal.
