Scenario: Participate in Collegial Conversations

Step 2: Mikaela provides summaries of student behaviour data so members of the school team are aware of where they have success and where they have a need for improvement. Tahlia provides additional professional learning and coaching to support the identified needs. She also recognises the Teachers Shane and Alice are skilled in these areas and can provide an example of effective practice and opportunities for other teachers to observe.

Step 4: As teacher improve their practice and become more consistent in how they address student behaviour, students better know what to expect and can respond accordingly. Student behaviour improves.

Step 3: Through continued conversations and observations, along with constructive feedback, all members of the teaching team gain knowledge and skills they can use to improve their practice.
