Critical Tool for Coaching Conversations

The instruction coach uses a critical tool to guide coaching conversations, applying this formula to guide their interactions when supporting teachers and teaching assistants in effective teaching. 

Coaching enables individuals and teams to improve their skills and knowledge so they can perform their role optimally and achieve their desired outcomes and impact.  

Coaches have influencing conversations with individuals to enable them to understand optimum performance and how they can build on and refine their practice to achieve it.
