Preparing Student Behavioural Data Reports

Schoolwide and class general behaviour reports are put together by the coach each week and reviewed at the Behaviour Management Team Meeting. These weekly reports include:

  • a report on the number of green, yellow and red zone students:

Green Zone
Green zone students are those who have two or fewer Level 2 behaviours recorded in a week.

Yellow Zone
Yellow zone students are those who have three to four Level 2 behaviours recorded in a week.

Red Zone
Red zone students are those who have five or more Level 2 behaviours or any number of Level 3 behaviours requiring principal intervention in a single week.

  • behaviour summary graphs
  • behaviour incidents by category
  • behaviour incidents by period
  • positive behaviour incidents by period
  • students with multiple incidents (red and yellow zone students)
  • suspensions
  • students with positive behaviour.
