Practice Demonstrate Mastery to Teaching Team highlights the importance of instruction coaches modelling effective teaching techniques to support skill development across the teaching team. Participants will explore the challenges that may impede this practice and learn strategies to overcome them. By demonstrating mastery, instruction coaches empower teachers and teaching assistants to refine their techniques and deliver impactful lessons. This module focuses on the role of instruction coaches in guiding and improving teaching practices through observation, modelling, and feedback. By showcasing mastery, coaches help build the teaching team’s confidence and competence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that enhances student outcomes and overall school performance.
