Team Members Feel Supported and Build Confidence
When team members feel supported and build confidence, they receive regularly coaching and feedback to support their development and engage with more experienced peers to improve their practice. When a team member achieves mastery of a technique or practice, they are celebrated by the school team.

- Coaching is regularly provided to support team members’ professional development.
- Opportunities are provided for leaders to give team members valuable feedback and have professional conversations to build awareness and capacity.
- Improvement data is used as evidence to recognise and celebrate team members’ improvements and build their confidence.
- Peer observations are scheduled to observe peers delivering the effective teaching technique or embedding the practice.
- Team members receive positive feedback on what they are doing well in terms of how they are supporting school improvement.
