Review the SIP

The principal completes the Term Review Report and evaluates the SIP progress at the end of each term. They share implementation successes and challenges with the school team and community to encourage commitment to the 8 Cycles of School Practice and the 6Cs.

The principal

The principal:

• Identifies strengths and weaknesses and proposes three to five actions the school and community can do to assist students and the school to improve further in the coming term.

• Presents data results to the school team and brainstorms solutions for the proposed actions.

•Shares ideas from the school team meeting at a community school forum; they gather the community’s perspective on the SIP actions.

• Updates SIP targets for the next term. This process is repeated at the end of term four when setting the next year’s School Improvement Plan
