Improved educational outcomes for students

Instruction coach Kerri has been conducting peer observations of delivery of effective teaching techniques and practices since the beginning of the year. While analysing student mastery data she has noted that there have been considerable improvements, with more students achieving mastery on their first attempt in mastery tests and checkouts. Some students have been able to catch up. During classroom observations, Kerri has noted that students are more engaged, actively participating and confident when responding to the teachers’ questions.
