Builds a High Expectations Culture
in the School
The teaching team at the school are all committed to improving their effective teaching practice and engage fully in the professional learning at the school. They work collaboratively and openly support one another. They welcome other members of the teaching team into their classroom to observe delivery of effective teaching techniques and practices. It is a common occurrence and the teaching team welcome the opportunity to support their peers. The teaching team engage in professional conversations, share resources, provide guidance and support to one another. The school community is unified and enthusiastic about teaching their students and supporting them to maximise their educational outcomes.
