The Technique
Effective teaching requires administering program assessments when required. All effective teaching programs have scheduled assessments that are used to assess whether students are learning the content or not.
What It Achieves
When teachers administer program assessments when required, they are assessing previous content to find out if students have mastered the content or if they need to reinforce, reteach and retest specific content.
