Empowers Students to Gain Confidence in Their Learning
Teacher Josiah has completed week five of the Oz-e-English: Writing (Language) program. His students have been writing and editing throughout the past five weeks and are mastering the skills he has been teaching. He has his students sit for the progressive assessment. Once they are completed, Josiah scores the assessments. He congratulates his students the next day on their detail writing that met the standard he was looking for. Josiah hangs the exemplar work on the bulletin board for all to see.

Teacher Caitlyn’s students are sitting for the maths mastery test. She is actively monitoring and ensures that students are making very few errors. She collects the test booklets and scores the tests.
All students have met the criteria for all parts of the test. The next maths period Caitlyn tells her students they have all passed. She praises them for their learning, attention to detail and how proud she is to see them mastering the content.
