What Happens When Program Assessments are not Administered with Fidelity

When teachers do not give assessments where required, they are unable to assess students on the previous content to find out if they have mastered it as required.

The Problem is Compounded

Students are unable to show they have mastered the content of previous lessons. Students are moved on before mastery of skills and content is verified. Students who have not mastered the skills and content get further behind as they are not remedied, retaught or retested.
