Students are Not Engaged and Participating

Teacher, Bryan, has not established positive motivation strategies in his class. Now, Bryan’s students are becoming apathetic and disruptive. They ignore instruction and he has a hard time redirecting them from their computers and even phones. He feels hopeless as he asks a question and looks out at his classroom and sees one student who is trying to listen amid the talking and disruption that is now the norm in his class.
