The Principal does not Have High Expectations
The Principal, Lora, is observing a classroom and notices the students’ behaviours are escalated. The teacher, Erica, is having trouble getting them engaged and settled in for the lesson. Lora chooses not to address the students or the teacher, or set up a professional learning to support the teacher. She brushes it off as excitement before the holiday.
