The Principal does not Celebrate Team Members’ Successes

The principal, Clarissa, is meeting with her team members after school to participate in professional learning on transitions in the classrooms. She has a list of teachers who have mastered the teaching technique of administering a checkout and plans to celebrate them with the whole school.

Clarissa had to start the meeting late because some teachers had prior engagements. Clarissa decided to skip over the teacher celebrations to stay on track and finish within the given time. Clarissa’s choice not to celebrate teachers’ successes could result in them not feeling supported.
