The Teacher does not Receive Coaching
Emma has been struggling with classroom transitions that have been increasing negative and disruptive behaviour. Because of the increased inappropriate behaviour, she is unable to teach a lesson to its full timetable. She has tried several techniques that she has researched online, but nothing has been working.
Emma has not been observed by an instruction coach nor has she had professional conversations about her teaching techniques. She feels frustrated about not having consistent support and does not know how she will solve her dilemma and get to teach for the full lesson time.
