Enables Teachers to Show Lesson Progress with Student Mastery

Evidence based lessons are designed to enable the teacher to deliver the learning in the most efficient way to maximise student growth.

When the teaching team have accurate and timely student data from lessons, they can see a groups’ lesson progress and mastery, which enables them to be equally efficient in resolving any learning issues that show up in the data.

That means that in the same week – within days of lessons being taught – the teacher can see what students need more support or what they need to reteach.

Not only does this respond immediately to students’ needs, but it also informs the teacher on what teaching techniques they need to improve on so that their teaching has a higher impact on student growth.

When a teacher produces accurate and timely data it shows what lessons were taught during the week, if the lesson progress goals were met, along with students’ scores for independent work and assessments. These data points show that mastery is not compromised to meet lesson progress goals.
