What Happens When Practice is Not Done with Fidelity

When teachers do not produce accurate and timely data, the school leadership and teaching team do not have accurate student performance data to know what needs improvement so cannot get the standard student results.
The problem is compounded
Students may not be placed in correct levels. Instructional conversations are not based on data. The school team will be unable to determine if student results are being lifted. There is not clear data to know what or how to support a teacher to achieve student improvement.
