Teacher Xavier is not entering accurate and timely data
Teacher Xavier does not enter his data on a weekly or daily basis.
- He does not show the lesson progress his groups are making.
- Nor does he enter data to show whether students are mastering the skills being taught in the program.
- He does not show which students are absent when the mastery test was given, or which students need remediation or retesting due to not passing.
- He does not enter data to tell which students are passing their independent work or what students are absent each day.
- He has little or no data to show what is happening in his classroom daily.
