When a teacher does not provide accurate and timely data, it does not allow the teaching and leadership team to identify standards met and improvements to be celebrated.
- The teaching team and leadership cannot identify if any improvement has happened such as when a teacher is demonstrating best practice and that improvement is evident in students’ results.
- Student gains to sustain and replicate are not visible.
- The school team does not have evidence of what practices lead to positive results.
- Teachers and students are not celebrated for achieving or surpassing the standard in a single week.
