Unable to Celebrate Standards or Improvements

When a teacher does not provide accurate and timely data, it does not allow the teaching and leadership team to identify standards met and improvements to be celebrated.

  • The teaching team and leadership cannot identify if any improvement has happened such as when a teacher is demonstrating best practice and that improvement is evident in students’ results.
  • Student gains to sustain and replicate are not visible.
  • The school team does not have evidence of what practices lead to positive results.
  • Teachers and students are not celebrated for achieving or surpassing the standard in a single week.
