Allows Students to Focus on Learning and Participate

Teacher Sonya is teaching a science lesson. She knows that students require their workbook, pens, individual whiteboard, eraser and marker. Sonya routinely checks that all workbooks have been stored in the allocated position and that markers are in good working order. When Sonya’s class enters, they collect their pens, individual whiteboards, eraser and markers. Workbooks are distributed. When it comes time to use the whiteboard, all students have theirs ready to use. She asks the question; they record their answers and hold it under their chin. All students are fully engaged and participating in the activity.
