The Teacher does not Respond to Individual Student Needs
Teacher, Tim, has assigned seats to his students without considering their needs. Two students who have hearing issues are placed towards the back of the room where they become disengaged because they cannot clearly hear what Tim is teaching. Another student is seated at the periphery of the group, they keep moving their chair closer to the next student to be able to see the whiteboard clearly. Tim does not know why these students are not answering on signal or participating fully in the lessons.
