Signal response errors are also corrected directly and immediately.  

Signal errors are: 

• responding too early, before the signal or too late, after the signal
• not paying attention
• non-response, not answering at all.

The teacher follows the full correction procedure – model, lead, test and retest. 

Droning 

Droning occurs when students slow down their responses and stretch out their words.
