What Happens When Error Correction is not Delivered with Fidelity
When teachers do not use the full correction procedure, they cannot ensure that students have mastered the lesson content or make informed decisions about their teaching.
The Problem is Compounded
Students may not have a firm understanding of the lesson content. Students may practise the skills incorrectly, lose confidence in their ability to learn and be unable to progress.
