Embed Practices with Fidelity

The instructional leadership team embeds the 8 Cycles of School Practice across the school. They work with all team members to ensure effective teaching practices are implemented with fidelity.

Fidelity means the techniques and practices are delivered in the right way at the right time.

The instructional leadership team models, supports and leads the team in effective teaching and creating a positive high-expectations community according to their school improvement plan and using the 8 Cycles of School Practice.

The leadership team is in classrooms observing, providing feedback, reviewing data, having professional conversations, and meeting with parents and community members.

The leadership team supports the commitment to continuous improvement of effective teaching by being instructional leaders across all areas of the school campus.
