Student Behavioural Data

In a positive high-expectations school, behavioural data is collected to provide school leaders and the BMT with information regarding the implementation of practices. By reviewing incident reports, the BMT can understand what is going well and make action plans for areas that need improvement.

The coach supports the principal to ensure all teachers are trained in properly reporting behavioural incidents.

Behavioural data is recorded in the classroom in several ways:

  • Behaviour Tracker
  • PBP Level 1 Recording Form
  • PBP Level 2 and 3 Recording Form
  • Monitoring Sheet/Check-In Check-Out Sheet
  • OneSchool/Student Tracker
  • Individual Behaviour Plan.

The coach shares these forms and their procedures with all members of the teaching team to ensure a consistent response to inappropriate behaviour across the school.
