Count by Tens

In lesson one, students also learn to count by tens.

The process is:

  • The teacher writes numbers one to ten on the board.
  • The teacher shows how to make the number for counting by tens by writing zero after each number.
  • The teacher touches and reads the numbers.
  • The teacher leads students through identifying numbers ten to one hundred.
