Corrections spoken and written

When students make verbal errors, correct using model, test.

The process is:

• The teacher models the correct answer.
• The teacher repeats the task the students missed.
  

If students make errors in written work, the process is:

• The student makes a line through the incorrect work with coloured pen or pencil.
• The student writes the correct answer above, below or next to the crossed-out answer with their coloured pen or pencil.
