The Role of the Instruction Coach

The instruction coach helps the principal lead on continuous improvement by working with the teaching team to resolve issues and ensure they carry out improvement actions. They also help the principal lead continuous improvement across the school community, communicating the importance of continuous improvement with the school team and putting procedures in place to resolve issues.
