Deliver Continuous Improvement Leadership is a comprehensive professional development tailored for dedicated school leaders aspiring to improve student results in their schools. Throughout this transformative journey, participants will gain profound insights into the principles of continuous improvement, delving into the critical role of school leaders in applying the Continuous Improvement Framework. The module unfolds with an exploration of the Improvement Model, laying the groundwork for understanding the principal’s impact in fostering a community with high expectations. Participants will be introduced to the Continuous Improvement Tracker (CIT), a tool that identifies effective teaching, addresses issues, and engages leaders in the improvement process. From navigating the intricacies of recording and reviewing processes to actively involving parents and the broader school community, this module equips leaders with the essential skills needed for successful continuous improvement. As we celebrate achievements and track progress, this module is a catalyst for transformative leadership, ensuring a positive impact on schools, students, and the wider community.

Assessment

  • Test: Knowledge and skills taught in the lessons.

Certification

Participants are eligible for certification based on completion of all activities and tests in the module.

  • Certificate of Completion: Complete online training and knowledge and skills tests.
