Planning the Phase 2 Rollout Calendar
To achieve routine delivery of all Behaviour Management Model components, the school coach supports the design of a routine-oriented calendar for rollout, which includes:
Professional development opportunities
- Two to three trainings are slotted per term, preferably scheduled for the school team meeting time.
- Trainings are determined by school-wide data including behaviour data, lesson tracking data, observation and walkthrough data, and teacher surveys.
Behaviour Management Team (BMT) meetings
- Meetings are scheduled at regular intervals, preferably weekly or biweekly, as determined by the school team size and student need.

Behaviour and Social-Emotional Program delivery
- Behaviour and social-emotional program lessons occur weekly for a total of 30–60 minutes.
- Lessons on school-wide values, rules and routines occur in Week 1 of each term.
Implementation fidelity reporting
- Walkthroughs and classroom observations occur weekly in all classrooms and common school spaces.
Data reporting
- Data reports on positive and negative behaviour data are generated, shared and analysed weekly.
Community engagement events
- Open classroom visits and community forums occur at least once per term.
School-wide celebrations
- Monday and Friday assemblies occur weekly.
