Organising the BMT

The principal is responsible for organising the Behaviour Management Team (BMT). They invite school staff to become representatives or encourage representatives from outside the school to join the team.

The principal ensures BMT has the right membership and required capacity to perform effectively.

The BMT supports the development of positive relationships and partnerships between schools, families and children.

The Behaviour Management Team oversees student Behaviour Improvement Plans and Functional Analysis of Behaviour Assessment.
