Practice Observe Delivery

Overview

Practice Observe Delivery focuses on the importance of observing the delivery of effective teaching techniques to enhance professional learning and teaching capacity. Participants will learn to overcome barriers that may reduce effective observation while honing their ability to apply the practice itself. This in turn fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the team. Staff learn best practices, build teaching capacity and reinforce professional relationships by observing peers evidencing mastery in effective teaching practices.  This collaborative approach establishes a high-expectation culture and collective accountability, driving improvements to teaching practice and ensuring that student educational outcomes are optimised.

• Learn Cycles of School Practice
• Deliver Cycles of School Practice in the Classroom
