Does Not Build High-expectation Culture

Principal Harold frequently cancels or reschedules time allocated for members of the teaching team to work collaboratively by observing delivery of their peers demonstrating best practice. His school is a busy place with many moving pieces to manage.

Harold wants to provide professional learning opportunities for his staff but finds there are tasks or issues to be resolved or managed that are higher on the list of priorities. Harold knows that his teachers are competent and that students are learning, so he does not see this as a major problem.
