The teaching team do not work collaboratively

Instruction coach Michael conducts hisregular classroom observations of theteachers and develops improvement planswith them. He works with each member ofthe teaching team individually. Coaching and professional learning occurs solely one on one between Michael and each member of the teaching team. He does not organise release time for the teachers and teaching assistants to shadow him during classroom observations, as he believes they benefit more from individual coaching.
