School Team Works Collaboratively to
Build Capacity
A key feature of the school’s professional learning and the coaching cycle is collaboration. The teaching team work together and, with the instructional leaders, drive continuous improvement as part of their commitment to achieving optimal educational outcomes for their students.

How it works
The teaching team collaborate through active participation in weekly lesson practise sessions, observation of peer delivery of effective teaching and through professional conversation of peer delivery of effective teaching and through professional conversations. When the teaching team works collaboratively, they learn from and provide support to one another. Professional networks and collaboration build capacity across the entire teaching team which yields improvements for students.
