Scenario: Utilise a Variety of Strategies for Corrective Responses

Step 2: Monique has gotten to know her students well. She has seen that when Chloe is feeling restless, she’ll start making a lot of trips to the drinking fountain, and she knows that Noah is most likely to behave poorly right before lunch.

Step 4: The class environment is positive and focused on learning. Students know what to expect and know that Monique is there to support them.

Step 3: Monique uses her understanding of her students to monitor how they are doing, taking action with corrective responses. This includes non-verbal gestures or proximity, when needed, to get them quickly back to their learning.
